The First Nations University of Canada stands at the forefront of Aboriginal education and traditional knowledge. Our deep commitment to students, our unique and welcoming environment, the inspired teachings of our Elders and faculty make us, "The University for Student Success!"

Established in 1976 as a federated partner of the University of Regina, the First Nations University of Canada is an independently administered university/college that offers quality education in an environment of First Nations cultural affirmation.

Leading in First Nations Business Education

The School of Business is located on three campuses: Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert. We provide full-time and part-time opportunities to study management and administration. Our certificate, diploma and bachelor degree programs provide participants with various levels of educational training options.

The Bachelor of Administration degree offers students the option of specializing in several core concentration areas. Our certificates and diploma also provide an opportunity to specialize in each area of study. Each of our specialization areas has been carefully designed in consultation with private and public sector organizations in order to ensure the highest standard of quality and relevance.

Learning and Training Opportunities

The School of Business and Public Administration provides management and specialization opportunities in the following areas:

  • Hospitality, Tourism, and Gaming Entertainment Management
  • First Nations Public Administration

The concentration areas will be expanded to include studies in First Nations governance and entrepreneurship. Further, students have the option of taking a General Management degree that provides the opportunity to take classes in all the core and specialty areas of management.
