What is different about ILP?
ILP is the only program that teaches leadership principles and practices from an intercultural perspective.
While completing the Intercultural Leadership Certificate you will:
 
·         Develop leadership skills
·         Understand leadership from Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal perspectives
·         Learn the difference between leadership and management
·         Become a critical thinker and problem-solver
·         Gain experience through internship in the workplace
