Application Details:
Submit transcripts, budget, and cover letter indicating volunteer experience in the community and identification of a role model or mentor who has influenced the student to pursue educational achievement. Also include two letters of references from (1) an organization in which volunteer experience has been gained, and (2) a previous or current employer or academic professional identifying work ethic and professional conduct.
